Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
If your package is lost or damaged, contact us to begin the claim process. Once the claim is processed, we can send a replacement.

If your package shows delivered but is missing, we suggest first asking neighbors if they are holding the package for you. If you suspect the package has been stolen, then we can help contact the carrier to begin the claim process and possibly open up an investigation. We are not responsible for packages after they show delivered by the carrier.
